This process is applicable for all applicants or Company who is
seeking certification to various certification schemes e.g. ISO 9001 Quality
management systems; ISO 14001 Environmental management systems;OHSAS 18001 /
ISO 45001 Occupational Health and Safety management systems and applicable to
all activities performed by the SISTEMA CERTS, in matters related to Client’s
application review, acceptance and audit programming of the Client’s management
system against the agreed audit standard.
SISTEMA CERTS collects the following information from
authorized representative of the applicant organization desiring certification
on the “Application Form for Certification” regarding the client’s
organization:
a)The desired scope of the
certification;
b)Relevant details of the
applicant organization as required by the specific certification scheme,
including its name and the address(es) of its site(s), its processes and
operations, human and technical resources, functions, relationships and any
relevant legal obligations;
c)Identification of
outsourced processes used by the organization that will affect conformity to
requirements;
d)The standards or other
requirements for which the applicant organization is seeking certification;
e)Whether consultancy
relating to the management system to be certified has been provided and, if so,
by whom.
f)Whether
the business operations of the client organization fall under the approved
geographical limit of SISTEMA CERTS.
